·         Seismic strengthening of existing concrete framed Fine Arts and Engineering buildings at the Long Beach Campus

·         Concrete seating structure for the Spanos Stadium on Saint Luis Obispo Campus.

n  Structural Peer Review for the following new projects designed by other Structural Engineering firm:

·         Ryan Residential Building – Playa Del Ray: Concrete multi-level condominium building.

·         Hammer Residential Building – Playa Del Ray:  Concrete multi-level condominium building.
