PLAN CHECKING

n  Kaiser Permanente Hospital Building - Sand Canyon:  Under contract with OSHPD and partnering with another Structural Engineering firm, performed full Structural plan check for this multi-level steel framed structure.

n  Kaiser Permanente Hospital Building - Modesto:  Under contract with OSHPD and partnering with another Structural Engineering firm, performed Structural plan check for lateral design which involved a non-linear analysis of the structure.

n  Ventura College – Ventura: Plan check on behalf of Department of State Architect (DSA).

n  Valley Elementary School – LAUSD: Plan check on behalf of Department of State Architect (DSA).

n  Rosemead High School - Rosemead: Plan check on behalf of Department of State Architect (DSA).

n  Riverlakes Elementary School – Fruitvale USD -  Kern County: Plan check on behalf of Department of State Architect (DSA).
